Propane Reordering

After your first install, we’ll return 84 days later (or sooner, if scheduled) to fill you up again. After that, we’ll monitor your usage levels and adjust our visits accordingly. We typically monitor your usage levels, but it’s important to keep an eye on your gauge, especially if your usage changes (e.g., running a fireplace more frequently). If your tank reaches 20%, call us or complete the form below and we’ll schedule a delivery.

Reading Your Gauge

A full propane cylinder will show 80% on the gauge, not 100%. So, if your tank gauge shows 40%, that’s actually half a tank and no reason to worry. We recommend that customers call us when their gauge level reads 20% or less.

After-hours emergency

If you happen to run out of propane after hours, please call us immediately at 1-877-635-3645 and we’ll get your tank filled up as soon as possible.
