By Interac payment through online or telephone banking. Customers paying through Interac via their bank or credit union must set up NORTH ATLANTIC as a payee.*

By Cheque addressed to NORTH ATLANTIC mailed to the address noted below and stating your account number

By Visa or Mastercard by calling Customer Service at 1-877-635-3645. You will need to state that payment is for your North Atlantic account and provide your account number. Note that as of January 1, 2025 North Atlantic will no longer be accepting American Express as a method of payment.


Effective November 1, 2024, North Atlantic will be transitioning its Island Pass Customer accounts to our affiliated company, North Sun Energy. This transition will be seamless to you, and you will continue to be able to use your Island Pass card at ALL North Atlantic and Petro-Canada retail stations and cardlock locations.

Canada Post Strike Alert

As a result of the Canada Post work stoppage, mail to and from North Atlantic and North Sun Energy may not be delivered.

Having your invoice or statement emailed to you is a convenient alternative. If you haven’t already contacted us to set up electronic billing via email, we encourage you to do so by calling us at 1‑877‑635‑3645 or be emailing us at customerservice@northatlantic.ca.
